Reminding Clients
    
    Clients often do not show up for their appointments or are not at
    home when your staff member calls, so you can send everyone a
    reminder, usually the night before. The system will automatically
    remind the clients via SMS if they have a mobile phone number, and
    fall back to any entered Email address if they don’t.
    
    The text that is sent is generated using a template file that you
    can edit. For example:
    
    CLIENT_GIVEN_NAMES,
      Your next appointment with DIARY_GIVEN_NAMES is at
      DIARY_ORGANISATION, on APPOINTMENT_DAY APPOINTMENT_DATE at
      APPOINTMENT_TIME.
      Please reply if you cannot attend or call DIARY_GIVEN_NAMES on
      DIARY_PHONE or at the office BUSINESS_PHONE.
    
    You can also send a second reminder to those clients who regularly
    fail to attend.
    
    If you specify several mobile numbers for the client a reminder will
    go to each e.g. to advise mothers when the client is a teenager, or
    a client's parole officer etc.
